8 Ways College Changes You

8 Ways College Changes You/Ways You Change When You Go To College

College changes you…really. I know that sounds like some b.s. quote your parents tell you or that the parents on Boy Meets World or Full House would say. It sounds dramatic and college is by no means some magical transformative experience, but I find that I’m not the same person I was four years ago. I can firmly say I am a different person than I was when I first started college. How to Choose The Perfect Backpack for College ( & What's in Mine)

From the time we’re in elementary school up until basically forever, backpacks are essential. None of that “I wish I had left my door open to make friends!” or anything, because on move-in day, while you’re actually moving into college and you’re sweaty and stressed and helping your dad hang up your necklace holder, one of your lowest priorities is fostering friendships.

I have previously given you some move-in day tips (Read all of the tips here before or after reading this, it’s seriously helpful!) but now I’m about to get even more real with you. These are the things I wish I had known before moving into college. No candy-coating here, friends.

Senior year of high school was constantly filled with the pressure to make the most of everything whether it be prom or any random weekend in the year. I can only imagine senior year of college will be the same way except a million times worse because there’s not another round of schooling after (unless you’re headed to grad school or something).

While the pressure to make the most of everything is stressful, there is some good in it. I mean, we’re going to be graduating college, which, is a huge deal. While the senior year of college is undoubtedly going to be kind of sad, I have no doubt that it’ll be packed with fun memories and events. Here’s how to prepare for your senior year of college in order to ensure your year has the least stress and most fun possible. Or, at least, how you think I can and how I’ll try to. No stress is not guarunteed.
