Quick + Easy Wear To Class Makeup Look // eyeliner wings & pretty things

When it comes to getting ready in the morning, you’ll want to optimize your time by applying the makeup products that’ll make the most impact and make you look most awake. The areas I’ve found make the biggest difference when all made up are: eyebrows, eyelashes and complexion.

Secondarily, I’ve found that lips and cheeks can also make a huge difference if you’ve got a few extra seconds. Also, I’m totally biased and I know that for the majority liquid liner is not something that takes a minimal amount of time and can be incorporated into a quick morning routine. *Cliche romance novel voice* I’m not like the other girls, I mean, I need to get that wing in every day, after all ya girl’s blog name is eyeliner wings and pretty things.

This quick and easy wear to class makeup look will let you sleep late & look great when you head to class. Yay!

These tips and suggestions will help you find clubs you love and thrive within them!

The Ultimate Guide to Using your Computer in College // eyeliner wings & pretty things

I have a confession to make–for my entire life I’ve been a PC girl. Seriously, on my death bed put a PC in my (hopefully) manicured hands and let me type some beautiful last words because PCs are absolutely wonderful and when it comes to using your computer in college, there’s no other computer I could recommend.

Your lifeline and most important item to purchase for college is undoubtedly a laptop. Aside from an education itself, a laptop was the biggest investment I made for college. Your laptop is what you’re going to be doing all of your work and play on throughout the semester. With this being said, it’s important to make sure you get an affordable yet fantastic computer. There are also a lot of ways to use this computer to personalize and organize your life while staying connected. So here’s the guide to buying a computer, using your computer, keeping it safe, keeping your life organized and making it extra personalized.

How to Avoid Over-Packing for College

How to Avoid Over-Packing for College - How to Pack For College // eyeliner wings & pretty things

This is coming from the Queen of over-packing herself. It took two car trips to get my stuff two and from school. I’m a junior now and I think I know better. Basically this post has risen from my mistakes with over-packing that has led to me having too much stuff, not being able to close my dresser drawers, having to throw away things because they wouldn’t fit in my car and so on.

Anyway, I’m making a change this year and in order to avoid over-packing for college I’m going to make a post about it and then follow it so I won’t be a hypocrite xoxo.
